YOUNG people across the borough are being invited to Fit for the Future, an exciting new health festival for 13 to19-year-olds on Saturday July 25.
The free festival includes taster sessions in Shiatsu, Tai Chi and yoga, and beauty therapists will be on hand to pamper visitors with manicures, pedicures, threading and beauty tips.

West Ealing Neighbours will be holding a public meeting on Thursday June 25 to discuss pedestrian safety at Lido Junction.
The campaign group, along with Five Roads Forum and Kingsdown Residents' Association will be holding the meeting at St John's Church in Mattock Lane, starting at 7:30pm to look at ways of improving safety and traffic flow.
Suggestions will be drafted in early autumn to Ealing Council and Transport for London.

On Sunday (June 7) British Waterways London is inviting people to discover one of London's more unusual ancient monument's, the Hanwell Flight of Locks on the Grand Union Canal.
The invite is part of the Story of London, a month-long festival happening across the capital.
