Free cupcakes at opening of new cake shop

A NEW cake shop is opening with free cupcakes and a visit by a local author.

Roy Bartlett, author of A Little Boy's War, will cut the ribbon at Mad 4 Cakes, in Drayton Court Chambers, off Argyle Road, this Saturday (16).

From 11am the first 100 customers will get to taste a cupcake and children can get free henna tattos and face painting.

The new bakery makes and sells a range of fresh bread, cup cakes, cookies, and celebration cakes, as well as hot beverages.
